VRO Membership

The Visionary Realm Optometry (VRO) Membership Program is designed to provide comprehensive, affordable eye care for individuals and families without vision insurance. The program is not an insurance plan and cannot be billed as such. Neither can the membership be combined with insurance benefits or other discounts. All benefits are provided directly by VRO in exchange for a recurring monthly fee. The benefits renew annually on your enrollment date.

To enroll in our Membership Plan, a one-time setup fee of $155 is due at the initial examination of each member. This fee covers the initial comprehensive eye exam and enrollment of membership. Your auto-draft monthly membership payments will begin one month from the initial exam and will pre-pay for your next year's eye care benefits. A debit/credit card on file is required.

If monthly payments are canceled or declined for any reason, all services and membership discounts will be suspended immediately. All payments are non-refundable. To reinstate your services and discounts, your account balance must be paid in full. If your payments are suspended for more than 90 days, a re-enrollment fee of $155 will be required to reactivate your membership.

A. Membership Tiers and Monthly Fees

Individual: $13 per month (+$155 enrollment fee)
Individual + 1: $21 per month (+$250 enrollment fee)
Family (up to 4): $34 per month (+$400 enrollment fee)
Additional Family Member: $7 per month per person

B. Core Benefits (Included with Membership) Each Member on the plan is entitled to the following benefits once per a 12-month period, provided their membership remains active and payments are up-to-date:

Annual Comprehensive Eye Exam: A full eye exam, which includes a retinal screening and a refraction (prescription check).
$50 Contact Lens Fitting: Set fitting fee per individual enrolled, regardless of soft contact lens fitting type (i.e. spherical, toric, or multifocal). This includes follow-up visits and trial lenses.

C. Exclusive Member Discounts Members are entitled to the following discounts on products and services provided by the Clinic:

25% off one complete pair of eyeglasses (frames and prescription lenses) per member.
20% off an annual supply of contact lenses per member.
15% off one non-prescription sunglasses per member
15% off any in-house medical eye exam and treatments for conditions such as dry eye, glaucoma follow-ups, or eye infections.
15% off vision therapy or sports vision services.

Example for single individual: If you schedule an exam and enroll on October 15th, your $155 enrollment fee is due on October 15th. This covers the comprehensive exam and access to discounts on materials. Your first monthly payment of $13 per month will be charged on November 15th and every month after.

Example for family of 4: If you schedule your family on one day (or two days close together) on/near March 23rd, your $400 enrollment fee is due on examination day (March 23rd). This covers the comprehensive exam and access to discounts on materials for all four members of the household. Your first monthly payment of $34 per month will be charged on April 23rd and every month after.

We reserve the right to modify the membership fees with a 30-day written notice to all members. Once enrolled, your price is locked-in for 12 months. If you have any questions, please contact our office by phone or text message.
